Nicola was one of the guest stars in this weeks episode of the BBC1 detective drama 'Luther'. If you're in the UK you can catch this episode on i-Player, or there is a repeat showing on 1st June. The dvd of the first series is released on 21st June. On the same day, 'A Dance to the Music of Time' is being re-released on dvd.

'People like us' Series 2 will be get a UK dvd release on 26th May. You can pre-order online at the usual places :)
There's another chance to listen to 'The Birds' on April 30th on BBC R4 at 9pm.

'Spooks' returned to our screens last night with the first episode of series 8 pulling in 6 million viewers according to overnight figures. Added a section for the new series of Spooks to the reviews page.

2 radio programmes you may want to listen to this week. On Monday, the tv review crew on the Simon Mayo show will be reviewing Spooks S8 - Radio 5, 1pm. On Thursday, there will be a discussion about 'Mrs Klein' on Woman's hour on Radio 4.

The Almeida theatre have updated the page for 'Mrs Klein' to include a PDF version of the production programme. The credits section for Nicola includes 'The Turn of the Screw' which is a BBC1 one-off drama airing this Christmas.

Series 8 of 'Spooks' begins on November 4th at 9pm on BBC1 and yes, Ruth is back. I've held back from posting this on the site for some time because of spoiling things for people but, as the BBC are advertising it and there are pictures in magazines now seems the time. Apologies to anyone who feels 'spoiled' by the news!

The BBC Press Office have issued a release for 'Grandma's House' which you can read here. Filming commences in February on 6 half-hour episodes. Nicola will play the role of Auntie Liz.

The Almeida theatre has updated their mini-site for 'Mrs Klein' with a rehearsal blog by Assistant Director Oliver Baird.
The Sun reports that the sitcom pilot 'Grandma's House' which Nicola filmed last year has been commissioned for a full series.

The Royal Court are having a series of readings of plays by Caryl Churchill in celebration of her 70th birthday. Nicola will be part of the cast reading for "Top Girls" on Friday 19th September at 4pm. Click this link for more information and to book tickets.
