Plenty of calendar updates. The new Marple adaptation "A pocket full of Rye" premieres on Irish channel RTE1 on November 8th at 4.20pm. . No word yet as when it will be shown in the rest of the UK, the ITV1 website seems to indicate early in 2009.

 

On Friday 14th November at 2pm at the Old Vic, there's an "understudy" performance of "Table Manners" from "The Norman Conquests". Tickets are free on the door and Ben will be playing Tom in this performance.

There's an interview with the cast of "The Norman Conquests" in todays Times and there also photos from the after party of the first night gala performance of "Table Manners" at Whatsonstage.com

I saw "Table Manners" at the matinee yesterday and it was completely fabulous, if you have the opportunity to get to the Old Vic and see any of the plays then please go! :)

ETA: There is also a video interview with Stephen Mangan and Jessica Hynes on the BBC website in which there is a clip from "Round and Round the Garden" which features Ben. I'm not sure if this content is viewable outside of the UK so try it and see!

THE NORMAN CONQUESTS
Ben will be returning to the Old Vic again this Autumn/Winter in the Alan Ayckbourn trilogy of plays "The Norman Conquests". You can find out more information and book tickets here at the Old Vic website.

Ben will be playing Val Fortescue in this new ITV1 adaptation of the Miss Marple novel. This episode premieres on Irish channel RTE1 on November 8th at 4.20pm. . No word yet as when it will be shown in the rest of the UK, the ITV1 website seems to indicate early in 2009
